Andrew Nader

Andrew Nader is an ECE PhD student in the smart power grids group. He holds a BS in Mathematics (with minors in Computer Science and Economics) and an MS in Computer Science with a focus in Machine Learning, both from the Lebanese American University. His current research interests include evolutionary neural architecture search, thinking about how deep learning can help secure cyber-physical systems in the short term, and a long term project which involves studying how quantum machine learning for quantum data may prove useful in the context of cyber-physical systems. His research endeavors are conducted with the support of and in collaboration with Hydro-Québec and Xanadu.
