Rachel Liu is an undergraduate student in Engineering Science at the University of Toronto, specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Her research focuses on investigating communication-layer Moving Target Defense strategies based on Software Defined Networking to enhance smart grid cybersecurity and resilience. In her free time, she enjoys sketching and reading.
